SUSI Partners and Biwo Renewables close an agreement for the acquisition of PMGD’s portfolio of more than 200 MW of photovoltaic and wind farms.
Under this strategic agreement, SUSI and Biwo commit to the development of new renewable energy projects within the national territory, where Biwo will also be in charge of asset management during the construction and operation stages of the projects.
